What this license permits: You are someone wanting to license one master recording and composition by The Gray Havens (“Musical Work”, as defined in our Standard Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of accompanying an audiovisual work or photo slideshow, to be used in a live “performance” setting.

What this license does not permit: This license does not apply to end users or organizations which exceeds 250 employees.

Distribution is limited to live/event usage, does not include any live streaming or other Web/Digital distribution.

# of Uses: Single (1) video use, not including cutdowns/edits/lifts/versions

Usage: Live/Event/Conference/Retreat/Workshop (excludes award shows)

Lifespan: Single (1) Day Use Only
