What this license permits: You are someone wanting to license one master recording and composition by The Gray Havens (“Musical Work”, as defined in our Standard Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of producing an audiovisual work or photo slideshow that showcases a certified non-profit organization or it’s initiatives and resources. A company is only regarded as a Non-Profit if it is registered with the government as a legal and authorized Non-Profit Organization, such as a 501(c).
What this license does not permit: The end customer must not be an individual or entity involved in for-profit business. Video material must not incorporate any product promotions, sponsorships, or endorsements.
# of Uses: Single (1) video use, does not include cutdowns/edits/lifts/versions
Usage: Unpaid Worldwide Web (excludes ad supported content and paid subscription video services)
Lifespan: Perpetual
