What this license permits: You are someone wanting to license one master recording and composition by The Gray Havens (“Musical Work”, as defined in our Standard Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of producing an audiovisual work or photo slideshow for a client or business, whether for publicizing, company spotlights, award-show, or reel purposes.
What this license does not permit: License does not apply to end customers whoses business exceeds 250 employees.
# of Uses: Single (1) video use, does not include cutdowns/edits/lifts/versions
Usage: Unpaid Worldwide Web (excludes ad supported content and paid subscription video services)
Lifespan: Perpetual
