Wedding License
What this license permits: You are someone wanting to license one master recording and composition by The Gray Havens (“Musical Work”, as defined in our Standard Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of accompanying a film or photo slideshow that covers the wedding day or similar event, for couples’ use.
What this license does not permit: This license does not extend to promotional films or advertisements for a businesses or entity related to weddings (i.e. a photographer, videographer, baker, florist, events planner, etc...)
# of Uses: Single (1) video use, not including cutdowns/edits/lifts/versions
Usage: Hardcopy and Unpaid Worldwide Web (excludes ad supported content and paid subscription video services)
Lifespan: Perpetual

After your purchase, we will reach out by email within a day or two with a download link of the WAV and MP4 audio file, both instrumental and studio versions.
